31st January 2019
The search for witnesses goes on after a man died following a road accident in Gloucester.
The collision happened at the St Oswald's Road junction with Sandhurst Road in Gloucester at about 6.10pm on Sunday, December 9.
A pale blue Jaguar S-type driven by a local man was in collision with a male pedestrian.
The pedestrian, described as "a local man in his 50s", was taken to hospital "in what was not initially thought to be a life-threatening condition".
But shortly before Christmas he died from his injuries.
Roads policing officers have spoken to a number of witnesses and are keen to speak to anyone who hasn't yet come forward.
In particular anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have seen a pedestrian in the area at around this time.
Contact Gloucestershire Constabulary on 101 quoting incident 311 of 9 December 2018.
