In a statement, Gloucestershire Constabulary said: "Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision and has not yet spoken to police, and anyone who travelled through the area and has dashcam footage which would help with the investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Gloucestershire Constabulary on 101 quoting incident 266 of 7 May.
