Within his new role, Daniel Hopkins will be heading up sales and valuations for the Bishops Cleeve and Winchcombe areas of the multi-branch property service.

Mr Hopkins has always lived and worked in and around Cheltenham, and says he knows the area like the back of his hand. He is a highly experienced estate agent who has been helping people on the move across Winchcombe, Bishops Cleeve and the surrounding villages for more than 16 years.

He will be the single point of contact from valuation and viewings through to successful sale, backed by Perry Bishop, tapping into their database of over 12,000 home hunters. He is very familiar with these popular residential areas north of Cheltenham, has children at local schools, and loves to mountain bike and walk in the area also in his spare time.
