Perry Bishop appoints new associate partner

Gloucestershire-based estate agency Perry Bishop has announced the appointment of Daniel Hopkins as associate partner.

Within his new role, Daniel Hopkins will be heading up sales and valuations for the Bishops Cleeve and Winchcombe areas of the multi-branch property service.

Mr Hopkins has always lived and worked in and around Cheltenham, and says he knows the area like the back of his hand. He is a highly experienced estate agent who has been helping people on the move across Winchcombe, Bishops Cleeve and the surrounding villages for more than 16 years.

He will be the single point of contact from valuation and viewings through to successful sale, backed by Perry Bishop, tapping into their database of over 12,000 home hunters. He is very familiar with these popular residential areas north of Cheltenham, has children at local schools, and loves to mountain bike and walk in the area also in his spare time.

He said: "I'm delighted to have this fantastic opportunity to work for such a well-established and forward-thinking company. I am really looking forward to working with the residents of Bishops Cleeve and Winchcombe, and rekindling some of the wonderful relationships with the residents and local developers".

Perry Bishop is a multi-branch property service and recently featured in Rightmove's Best Estate Agent Guide 2020 and 2021.

Gavin Wallace, director of Perry Bishop and Chambers Cheltenham: "We're delighted that anyone on the move in Bishops Cleeve, Winchcombe or any of the surrounding villages, can now pick up the phone to Daniel and take advantage of the services of our award-winning independent sales and letting agency. Daniel Hopkins is very experienced and a trusted agent. He's a wonderful addition to the team".
