New partners named at Gloucestershire solicitors

Two new female partners have been named at one of Gloucestershire's longest established law firms.

Dee & Griffin Solicitors has revealed Lesley-Anne Gunn and Leah Lewis are now invested partners in the Hucclecote-headquartered business.

Julian Jenkins, managing partner, said: "Lesley-Anne and Leah becoming partners is a sign of the times for our firm.

"We are planning for the future and I am delighted that we have two such young, motivated ladies to drive us forward and look after the interests of our clients.

"They are both extremely knowledgeable, understand the needs of our clients, and work excellently with fellow solicitors and estate agents to troubleshoot problems and get the job done."

Ms Gunn runs her branch of Dee & Griffin out of the Cheltenham Film Studios.

As the firm itself said "a traditional Gloucester solicitor moving into Cheltenham could have been a big challenge but Lesley-Anne has grown her initial team of two staff to seven as they have enjoyed consistent growth with both property and family law services".

Lesley-Anne is from Cheltenham herself and recognised that the Cheltenham Film Studios with its easy access and free parking perfectly suited the Dee & Griffin ethos.

Ms Gunn said: "I have been with Dee & Griffin since 2007, working in the various offices before opening up the Cheltenham Film Studio branch in the summer of 2016.

"I am proud of the progression, continual growth and reputation that myself and the team have achieved in the Cheltenham market and as partner. I am keen to continue doing so and delivering our exceptional service to the community of Cheltenham."

Ms Lewis "made an instant impression" upon joining Dee & Griffin where her reputation across Stroud, Stonehouse and Nailsworth preceded her.

Now running our Quedgeley office she is relied upon by clients and estate agents for that expert advice that only comes with dealing with these often-unusual houses in South Gloucestershire.

"Dee & Griffin solicitors felt like home the minute I joined and becoming Partner is a real achievement.

"All of the staff in the Quedgeley office are local people who have lived in Gloucester all of their lives so as a team we have strong local knowledge. I work hard to set the bar very high in terms of the quality and speed of service for our clients," said Ms Lewis.
