New restaurant for Tewkesbury

A new Greek restaurant has opened its doors in Tewkesbury, in the former Rajbari Bangladeshi restaurant premises on Barton Street.

Independent restaurant Theo's is the creation of Jason and Otylia, Tewkesbury residents with a passion for food.

The property offered a rare opportunity to take on a fully fitted restaurant premises, with well established evening trade in Tewkesbury town centre and had interest from a number of prospective businesses.

The restaurant was let by Cheltenham-based KBW, which advised the property owner throughout the process from initial inspection to completion of the new lease.
