New COO for Superdry
By Sarah Wood | 27th July 2023
Cheltenham-based Superdry has appointed its global sourcing and sustainability director as its new chief operating officer.
Sean Packe has been part of the fashion brand's leadership team since 2019, taking charge of sourcing, production and quality, and spearheading Superdry's corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, as reported by Fashion United.

Mr Packe joined Superdry in 2011 and has played a key role in supporting the business to become a global multi-channel brand. He has also been instrumental in driving the retailer's ambition to become "the most sustainable listed global fashion brand on the planet by 2030".
He has over 25 years' experience working in senior roles in fashion retail, including six years at George at Asda.
Mr Packe's appointment follows the departure of former COO, Silvana Bonello, who joined Superdry in 2021.
Julian Dunkerton, Superdry CEO and founder, said that the new role recognises the instrumental part Mr Packe plays in the business and that he is looking forward to working even more closely with him in future.
