National retailer re-opens in King's Walk Shopping Centre after major investment

A world-famous lingerie brand is re-opening its popular store in King's Walk Shopping Centre, Gloucester this weekend after a major investment and refurbishment.

The champagne corks will pop when Ann Summers, the multi-national retailer, re-opens its doors on Saturday, April 29, at 9.30am with a stunning offer - any customer who spends over £35 will get a free gift worth up to £30.

The shop has undergone a major facelift in the past few weeks which has included Ann Summers' exciting new branding, a fresh frontage and floor space that has been totally redesigned.

The store provides six jobs and is currently recruiting for a part-time assistant.

Peter White, manager of King's Walk Shopping Centre (pictured) said: "Ann Summers had a very successful year at King's Walk last year and we are delighted with this new investment.

"The refurbished store looks great and we have already had customers asking when it will re-open.

"We believe this major investment by a national retailer demonstrates the growing appeal of King's Walk and Gloucester as a major shopping destination."
