Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all – from Punchline

As many begin the grand depart for Christmas holidays we here at Punchline wanted to wish everyone - working or not - the very, very best.

We would especially like to thank all our partners, sponsors and advertisers who have helped make everything we have done possible.

As we look back over the stories we have helped tell through 2019 it struck us not just what a busy year it has been, but what amazing businesses we have here in Gloucestershire.

The stories just keep coming, from the most unexpected places. We tell the good and the bad, but ultimately we like to think we are here to champion Gloucestershire business - the incredible variety of businesses here, the depth of talent, the hard graft that makes them run and drives them forward.

We are lucky also to have dynamic organisations like GFirst LEP leading from the front and that it is able to count so many business people on its boards is not just a vote on confidence in its abilities, but one of the key reasons for its success.

We plan to be here for everyone in 2020 with our Punchline Daily email newsletter, coverage of all the key stories affecting Gloucestershire business and, of course, our bi-monthly magazine.

A plan of the year's magazine's - outlining the themes for each - is a now available and opportunities from places in our stable of regular business experts who bring that extra added valued to our daily email newsletter are also on offer.

In fact, there is too much to mention here - but one thing is clear... we are looking forward to working with you all again in 2020.

When we close up the office tomorrow (December 20) rest assured, normal service will resumed in the New Year. Until then, once again, a very happy Christmas to you.
