Leisure at Cheltenham signs as Cheltenham Town FC's fitness partner

The team at Leisure at Cheltenham has signed up as Cheltenham Town Football Club's official fitness partner for the fifth year running.

Leisure at Cheltenham on Tommy Taylor's Lane, managed by The Cheltenham Trust, is providing memberships and training facilities to the Robins players including full access to its fitness suites, swimming pool, sports halls and health spa.

Cheltenham Town team captain Ben Tozer will sport the Leisure at Cheltenham logo alongside his name in match programmes and on the Whaddon Road scoreboard.

The two organisations will also seek opportunities to work together for the benefit of the local community.

Leisure at Cheltenham Manager Greg Chesters said: "We are proud to continue our relationship with Cheltenham Town Football Club at the start of the new season.

"This is a positive partnership and both organisations share a vision to support local people to become healthier, more active and improve their mental and physical wellbeing.

"The Cheltenham Trust recognises the value of partnership working and the impact that these partnerships can have on the local community."

Cheltenham Town FC commercial manager John Finnigan added: "As a football club it is imperative to have strong relationships and partnerships with local businesses within our community and we are delighted to be partnering with Leisure at Cheltenham again during the 2019/20 season.

"Leisure at Cheltenham provide our players, coaches and medical staff with first class facilities throughout the year and, having visited their facility in the close season, I was very impressed with what they have on offer there at very affordable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gym membership."

The Cheltenham Trust manages Cheltenham's cultural and leisure venues and activities including Leisure at Cheltenham and the Prince of Wales Stadium, The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, Cheltenham Town Hall and the iconic Pittville Pump Room.
