Key appointment made at Cheltenham wealth management firm

There has been a key appointment to the Cheltenham-based team of leading wealth management company Brewin Dolphin.

James Badham has been appointed as divisional director at the company, who have a base in St James' Square.

He is a chartered fellow of the CISI and a chartered wealth manager who has been with Brewin Dolphin for nearly 10 years.

Jonathan Tweedie, regional director (Islands and the South West) at Brewin Dolphin said: "'The promotion of James Badham will enhance the Cheltenham office's remit of providing a comprehensive wealth management service to its local clients, and further consolidates the breadth of experience and talent we have in our team'

"Our aim is to help clients to achieve their life goals, be that saving enough to get onto the property ladder, or saving for their children's education, or accumulating enough wealth for a comfortable retirement.

"At a time of low interest rates and a rising cost of living, the need for good, practical investment advice is essential.

Mr Badham has been with Brewin Dolphin since 2010 and is responsible managing investment portfolios for private clients, pensions, trusts and charities.

He also works closely with the legal and accountancy communities to provide investment solutions for mutual clients across family law, corporate advisors and private clients.
