Cheltenham-based Optimising IT is celebrating after being named picking up an award at the SDI (Service Desk Institute) Awards.

The IT consultancy and cyber security firm was named Best Managed Service Provider (Small Enterprise) 2020.

Optimising IT was one of three finalists up for the award.

To wind the award, the team needed to supply evidence of the highest customer service, demonstrable continual service improvements and a winning blend of recruiting experienced, friendly people, to providing an encouraging environment for them to develop and flourish.
