Insurance brokers recognised at national awards

Cheltenham based Lansdown Insurance Brokers were awarded a "Highly Commended" in the Insurance Services Provider of the Year category at the Property Management Awards.

The accolades hosted by apartment building management resource News On The Block and held in Finsbury Square, London.

Bipin Thaker, financial director at SEIB Insurance Brokers (owners of Lansdown) said: "A very well done indeed to the Lansdown Blocks of Flats team. A fantastic achievement considering this is the company's first ever application for an award."

An ever-present theme throughout Lansdown's history has been the innovative development of their flats scheme. Lansdown says the result is a consistently high customer retention rate of 92 per cent consolidation of their reputation as insurance experts for the customer groups they serve and impressive overall live policy counts.

Darren Bee, commercial manager at the Block of Flats Insurance specialists was delighted with this recognition and said: "I am extremely proud of what the Lansdown team has achieved, we have worked really hard on raising our profile to ensure our service is second to none. It was wonderful for us to be recognised at the awards by News on the Block for our accomplishments."
