Randall & Payne is offering peer-to-peer workshops for business leaders and free online courses for anyone wishing to improve their skills during the coronavirus pandemic.

Partner Will Abbott, an award-winning business coach and experienced Mindshop facilitator, is inviting county business people to join his Survive - Pivot/Adapt - Thrive webinar titled Leading Successfully Through the Crisis" for an hour at 10am on Friday, May 15.

Mr Abbott said: "In the first weeks of the crisis we helped clients who were in survival mode - accessing as much government support as possible, reducing costs, managing supply lines and people and supporting other businesses where we can. Now is the time to move into adapt mode and see where to pivot."

The Government stepped up with key areas of support and the additional introduction of the bounce back loan scheme, which in Mr Abbott's view is a game changer for small businesses (with the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme for those looking to borrow larger amounts).

He said: "Although there have been some issues with the initial support, the Government listened to feedback and has shown a very necessary attribute in a business and as a leader - an ability to adapt.

"The next few months are a vital time to rethink and rebuild your business. 

"Focusing on the right plans and actions now is the key to success. To ensure you are fully supported during this period we are engaging with our clients through our coaching portal, giving access to experienced, independent guidance and support whenever you need it."

The first of Mr Abbott's monthly Survive - Pivot/Adapt - Thrive webinars will explore leading successfully through the crisis including key attributes and tools you can use, as well as hearing from peers on how they are adapting in these volatile times.

This webinar is taking place via Zoom on Friday, May 15 at 10am.
