Gloucester offices on the market after refurbishment

The Pure Offices in Waterwells Business Park have just been given a complete refurbishment and are on the market to prospective tenants.

The offices at Kestrel Court offer flexible space for single-occupancy start-ups or offices for up to 30 members of staff.

As well as office space, workshops and studios are available to rent with management on site to take care of the building.

The Kestrel Court offices have dedicated parking, meeting rooms and offer 24/7 access, all with gigabit capable broadband.
