Gloucester business closing after 30 years

A Gloucester shop is set to close on New Year's Eve, after 30 years of trading.

Writing on Facebook, Gloucester Hardware said: "We regret to announce that after 30 years of trading, we are closing down."

It said it was being forced to close due to the increase in the cost of materials and stock and the rise in online shopping.

The majority of stock is now being sold off at 30 per cent discount. Tradespeople interested in buying in bulk should get in touch with the shop for a favourable price.
