Family law firm opens Cirencester office

A decade-old family law firm has opened a branch in Cirencester to help support its expanding Gloucestershire client base.
This is a second office KT Family Solicitors, which this year celebrated 10 years in business, and is headquartered in Royal Wootton Bassett.

The company was founded in 2015 by experienced family solicitor Kim Tucker, whose mission was to provide a more personal, empathetic service to those going through the trauma of divorce or childcare disputes.
The team has now grown to seven, who between them have looked after more than 2,000 cases over the past decade.
Kim's ethos from the start was to move away from the traditional stereotype of a stuffy law firm, and offer a more bespoke service, putting clients at the heart.
Kim said: "I wanted to be different from other firms and to specialise solely in family law because that is what I love. My idea was to offer a fresh approach which really cares for our clients, puts them at their ease, and holds their hand throughout the process at what is often a traumatic time."
The Cirencester office is at the UBC office park in Tetbury Road.
Kim added: "Even though we are based in Wiltshire, because of our excellent reputation we draw clients from a much wider area, including Cirencester. So it made sense to open an office there, to make it more convenient and to grow our client base."
KT Family Solicitors offers a full suite of family law services, including support with divorce or separation, disputes over childcare and finances, cohabiting agreements and prenuptial agreements, and legal support with domestic abuse cases.
