A 17th Century Cotswold pub suffered a 'devastating' fire in the early hours of this morning when a man was rescued from the blaze.
The Churchill Arms at Paxford, near Chipping Campden, caught fire around 2.30am today.

A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service said this morning : "We were called to a fire at the Churchill Arms in Paxford at 2.38am, and are still in attendance at the scene.
"Four fire engines have been sent from Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold, with support sent from Cheltenham. A water tower has also been sent to the scene.
"Two hose reels, a jet and breathing apparatus have been used to fight the fire. One man has been evacuated from the property."
No further details were available and no one was available for comment at the pub but one Facebook post described the fire as 'devastating'.
The Churchill Arms is run by Nick Deverell-Smith, a talented chef who has appeared on the BBC shows Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen.
