Cotswold lettings business now under Perry Bishop ownership

Estate agents Perry Bishop and Chambers has been revealed as the new owners of Hardcastles, a long-established lettings and property management service.

Specialising in rentals primarily in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, and Oxfordshire, Hardcastles' is based on Black Jack Street in Cirencester and has been run by Daisy Alban-Jones for 16 years.

The firm's website adds that "Hardcastles is an independently run company who set themselves apart from the larger letting agents by offering a unique level of service and dedication."

"Having worked with, and for, Landlords for a great many years we are proud of our reputation. Many of our Landlords reside overseas and it is very encouraging to us that they rely on our services."

Although just around the corner from Perry Bishop's Cirencester office, Hardcastles will continue to trade separately out of their existing office under the continued management of Ms Alban-Jones.

Perry Bishop managing director, Phillip Bishop said: "We are thrilled to have been able to take over Hardcastles and look forward to building on their already brilliant reputation in the town and beyond.

"We welcome the opportunity to look after their landlords and tenants across a wide and diverse property portfolio."
