Cotswold catering co join forces with Michelin starred chef to serve up over 1,000 dishes

Cirencester's Relish were on hand to assist celebrity chef and restaurateur Glyn Purnell complete his menu for diners at the Blenheim Flower Show.

The award winning caterers were there with event sponsors - Calvet Wines and were asked to help Glynn serve up a selection of his favourite dishes and pair them with a selection of wines.

This year's event saw a record number of exhibitors selling everything from garden gazebos, greenhouses and arbours to gardening sundries. As well as the Grand Floral Pavilion there was also individual designs from designers and landscapers from across the country

"It was great to be asked to be involved in such an ambitious project," explained Relish Director and Chef Rob Goves. "Glynn Purnell is one of the most respected chef's in the country at the moment so it was great to see his ideas put onto a plate right in front of me, both here at the show and we were invited to his Michelin starred restaurant in the heart of Birmingham.

"Over the course of the event we served over 1,000 dishes to Glynn's standard and over 3,600 canapés it was an incredible experience."
