By Matt Hall | 8th September 2020
The Gloucestershire Learning Alliance has announced details of an event to share information about the opening of a new school and nursery due to open in 2021.
Great Oldbury Primary Academy and its pre-school and nursery provision Great Oldbury Little Learners are part of Redrow's Great Oldbury development on land owned by Robert Hitchins in Stonehouse.
Initially the academy will open its doors to early years foundation stage and Year 1, with additional spaces in the school-run nursery and pre-school.
Once fully operational, the school aims to have a capacity of 420 students from ages two-11.
This community consultation event forms part of the section 10 consultation which takes place from September 14 until October 26 and will enable local residents, staff and governors from local schools, parents, councillors, community groups and other interested parties to share their views.
Organisers have asked that if you would like to find out more about the school and the learning trust to book your space below. There will be a maximum capacity of 30 persons at each time slot to enable us to maintain social distancing guidance.
