Gloucestershire law firm among Europe's finest

Wynne-Jones IP  has been named among Europe's leading patent law firms.

The company, which has an office in Brockworth alongside others in London and Cardiff, is among 160 across the continent - 43 of them from the UK.

The Financial Times list was compiled by the newspaper's research partner Statista.

Firms were recommended for their services in six areas of expertise with Wynne-Jones earning plaudits in five of the categories.

It collected a gold medal - awarded for very frequent recommendations - in the electrical engineering category.

And there were two silvers (frequently recommended) in each of the chemistry and pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and food and mechanical engineering plus IT and software categories.
