Cheltenham jeweller to close

A popular contemporary jewellery store in Cheltenham is to hold a closing down sale.

Notices in the window of Andrew Scott Designer Jewellery on The Promenade say that it is closing down due to the end of its lease.

The sale will start at 10am on Saturday (August 24), with 50% off all jewellery.

The independent business is run by husband and wife team, Andrew and Vicky Scott.

Andrew Scott is a designer goldsmith, who started his career in jewellery manufacturing back in 1987. He takes his inspiration from a diverse range of subjects such as art, architecture and contemporary product design.

The Cheltenham store opened in 1999, selling jewellery by Andrew Scott himself, as well as pieces from artisan jewellers from around the world, many totally exclusive to Andrew Scott.

As well as bespoke pieces, the range features wedding and engagement rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants and dress rings.
