Bovis Homes outsources legal services to Gloucester law firm

Bovis Homes, one of the UK's leading housebuilders, has reached agreement to outsource its legal requirements to Barnwood-based Davies and Partners Solicitors.

Davies and Partners has offices in Gloucester, Birmingham, Bristol and London and an expertise in residential land and property development services.

Following the agreement with Bovis Homes, Davies and Partners will now undertake Bovis Homes' new house sales, home-exchange and affordable housing schemes, land acquisition and disposal, planning and environmental infrastructure management and future strategic land planning.

Twenty-five members of Bovis Homes' in-house legal team have moved across to join Davies and Partners' land and development departments, significantly expanding and strengthening the firm's land acquisition and plot sales capabilities.

The enhanced resource will offer Davies and Partners' existing portfolio of major house building clients, access to a team of over 70 specialist staff, providing a vast depth of knowledge and expertise in this niche sector.
