Commercial property specialists Alder King has retained its title as the South West's Most Active Agent for the 19th consecutive year.

The firm, with a base at Gloucester Business Park, also repeated last year's success by coming top in the rankings in both the office and industrial categories.

The annual deals competition is run by Estates Gazette.

A spokesperson for the property publication said: "Perhaps the safest bet in this entire competition is for Alder King to finish top in the South West and so it has proved once more after it maintained its office and industrial titles."

The rankings present a comprehensive breakdown of 2019's full year transaction volumes across all areas of the UK and across all major use types.
