£14m 'field of dreams' for county house hunters

Kendrick Homes has invested £14m in its own 'field of dreams' for Gloucestershire house hunters, with the unveiling of 30 luxury homes in Brockworth.

Crickley Fields, situated off Shurdington Road, represents a collection of premium two, three and four-bedroom homes, each one uniquely built to reflect the picturesque Cotswold countryside.

In addition to creating much-needed new housing in the local community, Kendrick has also committed over £130,000 to the nearby area through contributions towards sports facilities, library services, waste and recycling, and sustainable transport initiatives.

This includes nearly £50,000 to enhance local sports amenities, and more than £9,000 towards Brockworth Library - helping to boost the area's infrastructure.

Kirsty Darby, head of sales for Kendrick Homes, said: "We're incredibly proud to be building in Brockworth - a village with such character, charm and a real sense of community. From our investment in local facilities to our commitment to quality and sustainability, we're here to make a lasting, positive contribution to the area and everyone who calls it home."

Crickley Fields offers a blend of countryside calm and city convenience. Every property reflects Kendrick Homes' signature style, with an emphasis on sustainability, comfort, and quality.

The first homes on Phase 1 will be ready for occupation towards the end of August.

To celebrate the launch, the developer is offering an exclusive incentive for early buyers, where £5,000 will be given towards flooring or home upgrades if a reservation is made before June 30.

Each home comes with luxury features as standard, including fitted wardrobes, landscaped gardens, air source heat pumps, EV chargers, and high-performance insulation.

Positioned six miles from Cheltenham and four miles from central Gloucester, Brockworth enjoys easy access via the M5 Motorway, which is only a five-minute drive.
