Westmoreland House, Bath Road, Cheltenham

Westmoreland House was constructed as a purpose-built headquarters office building in 1990. The three-storey building provides largely open plan offices now occupied by a number of tenants. The building is split into a north and south wing.

Access to the building is via two glazed communal entrances although one suite has its own entrance. All offices are laid with carpet, with suspended ceilings incorporating recessed lighting and data and power sockets by a combination of perimeter trunking and floor boxes. Each suite has its own kitchen facilities incorporating base and eye level units and a stainless-steel sink and drainer.

Facilities within the common parts include WC's, lifts to all floors and external cycle storage.

Externally, each office suite has its own allocated car parking spaces.

EPC: The building has an energy rating of C(58). A copy of the Energy Performance Certificate can be made available upon request.
