Staverton Technology Park is situated to the south of the B4063 Cheltenham Road, itself located 1 mile (1.6 km) north of the A40 dual carriageway, approximately 5 miles (8 km) west of Cheltenham, 7 miles (11 km) northeast of Gloucester, 9 miles (14.5 km) south of Tewkesbury, 36 miles (58 km) north of Bristol and 51 miles (82 km) south of Birmingham.

Access to the motorway network is available at Junction 11 of the M5 (Golden Valley/A40) approximately 4 miles (6 km) to the south via the B4063 and A40. The M5 links with the M50 just north of Tewkesbury, whilst Junction 15 of the M4 at Swindon is approximately 25 miles (40 km) to the southeast via the dual carriageway (A41/A419).

Staverton Technology Park is accessed directly south of the Cheltenham Road (B4063) via Herrick Way. The property occupies a corner position at the entrance to the park with frontage to the main road and the total site extends to approx. 1.3 acres.
