Cirencester tech firm wins Swedish contract

Cirencester-based technology start-up Harkn has further strengthened its presence in the financial services industry by working with Swedish wealth management firm, Söderberg & Partners.

The tech start-up states its products help improve a company's team performance by continuously capturing the ''employee voice to help management and HR hear what matters and make smarter decisions, faster.

Harkn clients already include Schroders Personal Wealth and St James's Place in Cirencester, and now Nordic-based wealth management firm Söderberg & Partners.

Harkn's employee voice capabilities are based on anonymity and transparency, and support clients in running a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace. This platform is a break away from traditional employee communication programmes, which often revolve around traditional, infrequent surveys.

Söderberg & Partners will start a pilot in Sweden, before rolling the technology out across the rest of their workforce.

Jenny Persson, head of Söderberg HR, "We are looking forward to engaging with live insights and monitoring the effect of our decisions and initiatives on satisfaction levels. Harkn will help us to offer timely support to individuals who are struggling with wellbeing and find it hard to speak up."

David Bellamy, Harkn CEO and founder, said: "Given our proven record within the financial services and wealth management industries, this is a particularly exciting new relationship for us. Söderberg & Partners is a growing and progressive organisation that reflects many of our values, but it's also a valuable opportunity to learn how our approach can benefit a predominantly Swedish team."
