Cheltenham bar reopening

After a brief closure, The Merryfellow in Charlton Kings is reopening today (February 2).

The Merryfellow was home to No. 3 Restaurants - the restaurant founded and co-owned by former international rugby player, Phil Vickery MBE. No. 3 Restaurants ceased trading on January 14.

Writing on Facebook, the team at The Merryfellow wrote: "Hello, Charlton Kings! After a brief hiatus, we're thrilled to announce the reopening of The Merryfellow! We've missed you and can't wait to welcome you back."

Tom Rains, Phil Vickery's partner in No. 3 Restaurants, is back as executive chef and will be running the restaurant and bar with his wife, Jules, and many of the same team members.

The team continued: "The Merryfellow is not just a restaurant and bar; it's a community hub, and you are the heartbeat of it. Join us as we create more unforgettable moments together."

The Merryfellow promises more of the same great food with classic favourites and new additions to the menu.
