RE Recruitment acquires Truly Tailored Recruitment

Cheltenham-based RE Recruitment has acquired Truly Tailored Recruitment, a boutique recruitment agency known for its personal and specialist approach to staffing solutions.

The acquisition follows the announcement by the Financial Times of RE Recruitment as one of the UK's Leading Recruiters for 2024.

Truly Tailored Recruitment has built a strong reputation supporting the SME market with staff as their businesses have developed and grown.

The collaboration between the two agencies will allow businesses and jobseekers to access a larger network, while benefiting from the same high level of industry knowledge and service.

Richard East, founder of RE Recruitment, said: "We are delighted to welcome Truly Tailored Recruitment and managing director Abi Howell. In the Gloucestershire region, Abi stands out as a traditional and honest recruiter who cares about both the customer and jobseeker's experience. Her network in, and knowledge of, the local area is extensive and together we will enhance our offering."

Abi Howell, managing director of Truly Tailored Recruitment, said: "We are excited to merge with Richard, James, and the team at RE at such a pivotal time in their business. Over my 24 years in recruitment, I have always had a strong relationship with Richard and James. This, alongside our collective passion for maintaining high standards in the industry, makes it the time right to join forces."
