Cheltenham store is named best in UK

Cheltenham's John Lewis has been named Branch of the Year.

The store, which opened in 2018 and is one of the smaller stores in the retailer's portfolio, beat off tough competition from other branches.

Announcing the win on LinkedIn, Claire Hester, the store's brand experience manager, who is also a Cheltenham BID board member, said: "So proud that John Lewis Cheltenham has been voted Branch of the Year, topping all other stores in the John Lewis estate.

"We're one of the smaller John Lewis branches, but we certainly punch above our weight! Judged across all our KPIs, not least sales metrics, in which we also topped the league table for 2023!

"Well done and thank you to the fabulous team I work with."
