Opportunities for international students at University of Gloucestershire
By Sarah Wood | 8th March 2021
The University of Gloucestershire is holding a week of online events focused on international students this week (8th-12th March).
Sessions will look at admissions, student life, funding, visas and employability. Students and prospective students can hear more about the scholarships, top-up programmes and pre-sessional courses on offer to international students.
Live Q&A sessions with university teams will cover international admissions, immigration and accommodation.
The sessions are happening in line with the Home Office announcement that students starting in 2021/22 on one-year Masters courses who have been studying online will now have to be in the UK by 21st June to be eligible for the new Graduate Route. Self-employment won't be restricted under the route, which is good news for international students.
A session on the new Student Visa route and Graduate Route will be held at 11am on Thursday 11th March.
Book your place on any of the sessions on offer here.
