Level 6 apprenticeship degrees
By Sarah Wood | 30th November 2020
Degrees aren't just for full-time students at university and apprenticeships aren't just for 16 year old school leavers. With Level 6 apprenticeship degrees, learners can get the best of both worlds.
Higher apprenticeships give degree level qualifications without the financial burden of university fees. They combine on-the-job training with studying, and students earn as they learn.
Gloucestershire College has a range of higher (Level 6) apprenticeships available, including computing, engineering and management.
If you are already employed, many businesses see the value in their employees working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship as they work.
There is no need to wait for September to start a degree. For many of Gloucestershire College's apprenticeship programmes you can start at any point during the year.
A degree apprenticeship is a four year course.
To find out more about degree apprenticeships, take a look at the online prospectus on the Gloucestershire College website.
