Gloucester-based BiGDUG has a number of vacancies available for the right candidates now.
The shelving and racking specialist is trusted by more than 250,000 customers and continues to attract new customers, thanks to its customer-focused business model.
Jobs available at the company now are:
• Head of business development - a member of the BiGDUG senior management team, with demonstrable experience in sales and account management and exceeding targets. Responsible for proactively sourcing new business and growing existing business within the organisation. Strategy development in offline sales is key, as is building on existing and new relationships with major accounts. The head of business development will identify emerging markets and keep industry trends, in addition to working with the product team to identify new offerings. They will lead a team of field sales managers and support team, taking overall ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring there is an appropriate number of leads and deals in the pipeline to achieve sales targets.
• Affiliate manager - will take full ownership of the affiliate marketing strategy and growth, whilst initiating new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses. They will be responsible for recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of and relationships with the leading UK affiliates.
• Sales co-ordinator - working closely with field sales managers, the sales co-ordinator will take ownership of the sales delivery process, from order confirmation and payment terms through to delivery, installation and customer feedback. With a willingness to learn how customers' needs vary, they will demonstrate an ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, as part of a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Product data administrator - responsible for the creation and management of product data within the management system and externally on BiGDUG's various sales channels. They will ensure it is up-to-date and completely accurate, making changes when needed.
