Hartpury offers free workshops for farming community

The Agri-Tech Centre at Hartpury University and Hartpury College is offering free workshops next week.
It is holding a series of change management courses aimed at food and farming stakeholders.
These interactive and highly practical sessions, run by David Farley from AgriEnable, are tailored to different players in the agricultural sector, helping them to navigate change with confidence and resilience.
Workshops will take place on site at Hartpury's Agri-Tech Centre and the interactive sessions have something for the entire farming community.
The four workshops will take place from September 23 to 26. They are:
Farming leaders programme: Owners, managers and workers (September 23, 3-7pm)
Designed for those on the ground, this course provides the essential tools and strategies to lead change effectively within your operations. Learn how to engage your team, optimise processes and drive sustainable growth.
Farming leaders programme: Allied industries and service providers (September 24, 3-7pm)
For those who support the farming industry, this course is crafted to help you better understand the challenges faced by your clients and how to offer innovative solutions which foster long-term partnerships.
Farming leaders programme: Next generation (September 25, 3-7pm)
Aimed at the future leaders of the industry, this programme equips young farmers and upcoming leaders with the skills to embrace change, lead with vision and ensure longevity in business. Ideal for those with family businesses or the wider industry.
Farming leaders programme: Technology and innovation (September 26, 3-7pm)
Stay ahead of the curve with this course, which focuses on the latest advancements in agricultural technology. Learn how to integrate cutting-edge innovations into your practices and lead your organisation towards a more efficient and sustainable future.
