Business and graphics students collaborate with local designer

Cirencester College A Level students recently had the opportunity to collaborate with a local designer.
The studio day was a follow-up from a Dragons Den-style event, which A Level business students took part in at the end of the last academic year.
The young people presented their own business initiatives to a group of Gloucestershire dragons, made up of local entrepreneurs.
One of the judges, Danny Matthews, runs his own design company and offered the prize of a studio day to the top two winning teams, so they could start to bring their ideas to life.
A group of the college's A Level graphics students joined the winning business teams in the studio to help them with design and branding in a variety of sessions lead by Danny.
Rose Stinchcombe, Cirencester College business lecturer, said: "The day was an amazing collaborative experience and gave the students a real-life experience of designers and business leaders coming together to develop a concept."
