A Gloucestershire accountancy firm has appointed two new apprentices - Ollie Joseph and Bobby Trivett.
McGills Chartered Accountants, which has offices in Cirencester and Fairford, has appointed the two apprentices as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting emerging talent in the accountancy industry.
Ollie Joseph, accounts apprentice, has a rich background rooted in farming and diverse work experiences, including roles at Nationwide and a local recruitment business.
Currently completing his Level 2 AAT qualification, Ollie has a passion for working on accounts and values the opportunity to interact with people in the workplace.
He views work as an essential and fulfilling part of life, and he is eager to continue growing his skills at McGills.
His career aspirations include becoming a fully chartered accountant, with a potential interest in exploring corporate finance in the future.
Bobby Trivett, a lifelong Swindon resident, has joined McGills as a tax apprentice. Fresh from completing his A Levels, Bobby is now working towards his AAT Level 2 qualification.
Proud of his strong time management, customer service and problem-solving skills, Bobby is committed to being as efficient and productive as possible in his new role.
He is dedicated to growing both professionally and personally through his work and ultimately aspires to become a chartered accountant, with dreams of one day establishing his own accountancy firm.
Helen Jones, partner at McGills, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Ollie and Bobby to the McGills team. Their enthusiasm, dedication, and passion for the industry align perfectly with our values.
"Supporting new talent has always been a cornerstone of our firm's ethos, and we are excited to see how Ollie and Bobby will grow and thrive with us."
