Gloucester's hugely impressive digital Forum development is nearing completion.
The £107 million city centre development being built by Kier - which includes a variety of office space, a hotel, café and car park - is moving on apace and nearing completion.
Punchline-Gloucester.com editor Mark Owen was invited on an exclusive tour of The Forum, accompanied by Sam Potter from developers Reef & Partners and Paul Tyler from Cube.

Sam said: "It's taken about three years and we've worked really hard with the city council. The whole thing has been funded by the taxpayer and it's fantastic to regenerate the city in this way."

Gloucester web hosting business Fasthosts was the first tenant of The Forum and moved into 19,000sq ft of office space there late last year.
But there's plenty of space remaining for prospective tenants with many of the units providing spectacular views of the city centre and beyond.
Sam added: "Each floor is split into three and the reason is you can have small tenants, big tenants anything from 3,000 sq ft for about 10 people up to 50,000 sq ft where you could have a major corporate or all sorts of different combinations.
"There's a huge reception area with a digital screen which will be absolutely amazing when it's lit up and that will be linked to a huge digital screen on the outside of the building which is very much about providing an advert for the city and how wonderful Gloucester is.
"It's not just going to have office space. There's going to be a fantastic café. The Forum is right next to the bus station train station and Cathedral Walk which is a brand new pedestrian thoroughfare right into the city.

"There's a great street frontage out onto Cathedral Walk and also onto Market Parade which will be completely refurbished with new public space, trees, lighting and seating and where the bus and taxi route comes through the city."

The Forum development also includes the 131-room Hotel Indigo which is likely to open later this year. The hotel will have a restaurant, conferencing facilities and rooftop cocktail bar.

Mark Owen said: "It's really coming together. It's a really beautiful building inside. It's a real statement piece for the city.
"The marble entrance is particularly impressive. It's something you would find in Mayfair or Canary Wharf."
