Brewery should be so lucky with the Lucky Onion

A number of Gloucestershire-based Lucky Onion pubs are set to be sold to Young's Brewery.

The Lucky Onion is owned by Superdry founder, Julian Dunkerton, and his wife, Jade Holland Cooper. The company runs a number of pubs and hotels across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.

But now it has been reported that some of them are to be sold to Young's.

The business currently owns The Crown in Minchinhampton, The Hollow Bottom in Guiting Power, The Wheatsheaf in Northleach, No. 38 The Park hotel in Cheltenham and The Tavern restaurant in Cheltenham.

It is not yet clear which of the businesses will be sold, but it's thought the firm's flagship 131 Promenade in Cheltenham isn't up for sale.
