Award-winning baker Ori Hellerstein will open his new bakery and shop at Stroud's Five Valleys Market on Thursday.
Mr Hellerstein has built up a strong following for his organic breads at the town's weekly Farmers' Market.
The Artisan Baker will open in the largest unit at Five Valleys development.
He said: "Everyone has worked so hard to get the shop and kitchen ready for our customers and we can't wait for our customers to see the finished look - and of course taste our products.
"We're excited to be growing our businesses here as part of the Five Valleys market alongside so many other great local businesses."
Other traders joining the line up in the coming weeks include The Lily Pad Florist, Waghornes Butchers (which is opening on October 6) and Pershores Fishmongers.
Centre manager Dionne Moore said: "The Market is really coming together and it's lovely to hear the great feedback from our shoppers and to see it buzzing with activity.
"We are delighted to have Ori and his team joining us - the shop looks amazing and we wish them all the very best with the opening this week."
