The subject development site is located south east of the main terminal building.
Indicative plans included within these particulars show the potential to accommodate up to 60,000 sq ft of warehouse/hangar accommodation with a further 16,000 sq ft of offices, although the layout and configuration of the site can be catered for individual requirements.
