Gloucester Bus Station, Bruton Way, Gloucester

The café extends to approximately 581 sq ft and is finished to an enhanced shell standard ready for tenant fit out. It is prominently positioned with dual aspect to the bus station and to Station Road and Kings Square, ideally located to capture footfall between the two.

There is also the provision within the bus station for a retail pop-up unit indicatively identified as being approximately 323 sq ft, but with the potential to be enlarged. Further details are available from the agents upon request.

The new Gloucester Bus Station marks a significant milestone for the regeneration of Gloucester city centre and the Kings Square redevelopment project.

It comprises a contemporary public transport structure incorporating amenity facilities, featuring stone and glazed elevations.

Internally the building will be finished to a high speciation offering seating areas, a café, ticket office, and male and female WCs.
