Location details:

Cinderford is located on the Eastern Fringe of the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire and is one of the main market towns within the area. The site is located on Forest Vale Road within Forest Vale Industrial

Estate to the North of Cinderford Town centre.

Forest Vale Industrial Estate is the primary Industrial location in Cinderford and is home to both local and national companies. Other occupiers within the area include Rothdean, Dezac, Winners Garage, Foyle Food Group and CKS Group.

Within the Forest of Dean District Council latest draft of the Local Plan (Core Strategy), the site is zoned for 'intensification of employment generating uses where support will be given to B1,B2, and B8 uses and other activities compatible with these types of uses.'

The site may be suitable for a range of uses and we would recommend interested parties make their own enquiries with the local planning authority with regard their proposed use.
