Festival will have children jumping for joy!

Where: Alex James' Farm, Kingham, the Cotswolds

When: Friday, August 23, to Monday, August 25

The Big Feastival - which claims to be the nation's biggest family-friendly festival - returns to the Cotswolds this August Bank Holiday with a bumper line-up of all-round family fun.

During three packed days, as well as the usual top-class musical and food entertainment, there will be children's entertainers and kids' TV characters, along with creative workshops and exhilarating activities for everyone to get involved.

Quadruple BAFTA-winning and legendary duo Dick & Dom will be taking over the Main Stage on Friday to kick off the festival with their unique brand of fun and games.

Saturday will see Peppa Pig and her little brother George take to the stage to introduce a very special screening of their brand new festival episode, while children's TV megastar Justin Fletcher will be kicking off the Sunday entertainment with hits to get everyone dancing.

But that's not all! Elsewhere, The Big Feastival will play host to kids' favourites including Paw Patrol's Chase and Marshall and the amazingly speedy superhero Catboy from PJ Masks.

Families will also have the chance to make new furry and feathered friends on the farm, courtesy of local legend Adam Henson and his Cotswold Farm Park, who will be bringing some of their farmyard friends to spread the word about the importance of British farming.

Providing fun for all the family the NEFF Little Kitchen will be running cookery classes for little Feastival-goers with Albert's Band from the Royal Albert Hall and Orchestra of Objects providing music workshops, whilst the Village Green Games will challenge the whole family to compete for their place on the podium.

Other activities you won't want to miss include The Makery arts tent, tree climbing, willow weaving and fire workshops with West Country Bushcraft, the Vintage Funfair, pop-up performers and the Festival Parade.

On the music front, acts already announced on Punchline include Rudimental, Jess Glynne, Elbow, Lewis Capaldi, The Zutons, Nina Nesbitt, Craig Charles, The Cuban Brothers and Jonas Blue.

There will also be a selection fo Michelin Star winning chefs cooking up a storm including Raymond Blanc, Daniel Clifford and James Lowe.

See The Big Feastival website for full details and ticket information.
