Breaking news: Is Prime Minister about to delay crucial Brexit vote?

Speculation is mounting that the Prime Minister is going to delay tomorrow's vote on her Brexit deal.

Theresa May is to make a statement to MPs in the House of Commons at 3.30pm today.

Commons leader Andrea Leadsom and the Brexit Secretary are also due to make statements.

According to reports on the BBC Cabinet sources say tomorrow's Brexit vote will be delayed although there has as yet been no official confirmation.

It has been widely predicted that the Prime Minister would lose the vote if it goes ahead tomorrow.

Earlier the European Court of Justice ruled that the UK could cancel Brexit without going back to all the other 27 EU members.
