Wychwood Festival announces new acts

Where: Cheltenham Racecourse

When: Friday, June 1, to Sunday, June 3

Wychwood Festival has announced new acts to its 14th edition featuring incredible entertainment for the entire family.

New additions to the line-up include British band The Real Thing who will fill the Gloucestershire countryside with the sounds of pure soul. Set to perform their string of hits including You to Me are Everything and Can't Get By Without You, the band will play tribute to bandmate Aboo who sadly passed earlier this year.

Seminal soul outfit Edwin Starr Band will also take to the main stage, as will multi-award winning folk-rock band Skerryvore, punk-rock singer Toyah Willcox, electro swing duo The Correspondents and UK chart-toppers Doctor and the Medics.

The Big Top Stage has also announced new additions. Festival-goers will hear Bristol-based Fenne Lily's sweet and soothing voice singing along to her hit song Top to Toe. Joining her will be Harrison Storm, Cosmic Strip, Gizmo Varillas, Soeur, Vonhorn and The Americas.

The Hobgoblin Stage will showcase acts for festival-goers looking for something new while the Comedy Stage will provide the perfect stop-gap between music acts.

Topping off the festival's already bursting family entertainment offering, legendary duo Dick & Dom will take to the main stage.

Wychwood has already announced other headline acts including Baxter Dury, The Beat, The Gypsy Kings, The Go! Team, Shed Seven, Feeder and Ten Tonnes.
