'Wild Christmas' event organisers on look-out for stallholders
By David Wood | 25th October 2021
Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust is holding two Christmas Fairs this December and is on the hunt for local bakers, makers and creators who would like to run a stall.
The first event is at the Conservation Centre, Robinswood Hill, on Wednesday, December 8, from 4pm until 7pm, and the second is at Crickley Hill Country Park, Birdlip, on Saturday, December 18, from 11am until 2pm.
The 'Wild Christmas' events promise to be fun, family-friendly events with a Santa's grotto (just £3 per child), reindeer trail through the woods, Christmas-themed arts and crafts activities, carol singing and treats from the café. The tickets to see Santa are live on Eventbrite starting with 200 per site.
A Trust spokeswoman said: "We are looking for vendors for both dates and venues, and they are welcome to apply to sell at both, or just one. The pitches are £15 per event which goes directly to the charity."
