Vegan fair makes a welcome return

Stroud Vegan Fair is returning to The Subscription Rooms on Sunday.
A lot has changed since the last event in January 2020, but organisers are delighted to finally be able to be back doing what they love.
Bringing you the best local and national independent, vegan businesses for a day of celebration of all things plant-based and cruelty-free.
For one day only the fair will take over the recently refurbished Subscription Rooms in Stroud.
You can expect a variety of stalls selling a range of plant-based products. There will be deli food, raw food, cheezes, chocolates, cakes and bakery goods, as well as cruelty-free cosmetics, health and wellbeing products, beautifully handcrafted arts, crafts and homeware, plus fashion accessories and ethical clothing.
There will also be a selection of tasty street food served on the forecourt to satisfy all your lunchtime cravings.
The event doors open at 10am and the fair runs until 3pm. Entry is just £2 while kids under 16 enter for free, making it an enjoyable day out for all the family.
The Subscription Rooms cafe will also be open for business and going vegan for the day, meaning you can sit back with like-minded individuals and enjoy a hot cup of oat Cappuccino before heading upstairs to the main ballroom. There you will be able to browse a range of artisan, unique one-off products, meet and talk to the people who made them and be rest assured that everything on offer was made with sustainability at its heart.
The fair runs from 10am - 3pm.
Gloucestershire traders at the fair include ANI Skincare - Cirencester; Cococaravan - Stroud; Icilda's Vegan Kitchen - Gloucester; Jack Bakes - Stonehouse; Kingdom Cosmetics - Tewkesbury; and Those Vegan Pizza Guys - Cheltenham.
