Vegan fair is a first for Stroud

Stroud Vegan Fair will be taking place for the first time on Saturday (January 20) and promises to one colossal, tasty, plant-based celebration.

Veganism, as a sustainable way of life has become an unstoppable energy with especially huge growth in demand in the cruelty-free food market.

The Stroud Vegan Fair, taking place in the Subscription Rooms, will showcase everything from hot food to eat on the day to packaged goods to take away. There will also be clothing and accessories, health and beauty products, crafts and lifestyle brands.

The event will also be held during Veganuary, which since starting in 2014 has inspired hundreds of thousands of people to try vegan for January and throughout the rest of the year.

Some of the traders pitching up for the day include The Domestique Bike Cafe, Those Vegan Pizza Guys, Julius Cheezer, Nifty Nut Butters and Tubby Toms.

Entry to the event is £3 (under 12s free).
