Summer activities at Snowshill Manor and Garden

Throughout the summer holidays, Snowshill Manor, near Broadway in Gloucestershire and cared for by the National Trust, will be celebrating creativity with daily family activities.

There will be a variety of creative activities in both the garden and the house, from making a puppet and putting on a show in the mini theatre to getting artistic with easels and art boxes in the garden.

Visitors can take inspiration from the beautiful arts and crafts garden and channel this into their creations.

Inside the manor, families will be able to explore Charles Wade's collection with the Summer Music Trail. Hunting out instruments in the collection may not be as easy as it sounds when the instruments include Zithers, Buccine and Ophicleides.

Families will also be able enjoy the Wolf's Cove model village and the Garden Explorer Notebooks which can be picked up for free at visitor reception.

The Summer Music Trail will be running every day throughout the summer but activities in the garden may vary daily.
